Send sms using the communication panel

In this video, we are going to show you how you can send SMS using the communication panel.

  1. From your student tracker, click on the message icon
  2. A communication panel will open which includes SMS, Chat with Student, and Conversation
  3. Click on the ‘+’ sign beside the SMS
  4. A window will pop out, click on ‘To Student’
  5. Select the student you want to message
  6. Type in your message under the ‘Message Note’
  7. Then hit ‘Send’
  8. Click on the student and from there you will see your SMS history
