How to accept/reschedule appointment with student
In this video, we are going to show you How to accept/reschedule appointment with student.
- Open your web browser and enter the following URL: https://l4l.datadesign.io/
- Login using your Tutor credentials.
- From the left sidebar, click on the “My Student” tab.
- On the student tracker, hover your mouse over the calendar action button and click on “Event”.
- All created appointments will appear in the Event list.
- For each appointment, you will have the options to click “OK” or “Reschedule”.
- When you click “OK”, the student will receive an email notification.
- If you click “Reschedule”, a reschedule form will appear allowing you to select a new date and time for the appointment.
Note: Tutors will receive a notification when a student creates an appointment. To view the notification, click on the flag icon located on the top-right side of the screen. Clicking on the “Schedule Meeting” notification will redirect you to the Event List page.
