How to accept/reschedule appointment with student

In this video, we are going to show you How to accept/reschedule appointment with student.

  1. Open your web browser and enter the following URL: https://l4l.datadesign.io/
  2. Login using your Tutor credentials.
  3. From the left sidebar, click on the “My Student” tab.
  4. On the student tracker, hover your mouse over the calendar action button and click on “Event”.
  5. All created appointments will appear in the Event list.
  6. For each appointment, you will have the options to click “OK” or “Reschedule”.
  7. When you click “OK”, the student will receive an email notification.
  8. If you click “Reschedule”, a reschedule form will appear allowing you to select a new date and time for the appointment.

Note: Tutors will receive a notification when a student creates an appointment. To view the notification, click on the flag icon located on the top-right side of the screen. Clicking on the “Schedule Meeting” notification will redirect you to the Event List page.
