How to add child subjects in the transcript

Teachers can add child subjects within the Learning Plan to divide course credits.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Transcript section in the Learning Plan.
  2. Click the Edit icon beside the desired course.
  3. In the popup window, click Add to include multiple child subjects.
  4. Assign the desired credit values to each child subject (the total credits will match the parent course).
  5. Click Submit to save.

Example:

If a Biology course has 10 credits, teachers can create two child subjects with 5 credits each, maintaining the original total credit value.
