How to add child subjects in the transcript
Teachers can add child subjects within the Learning Plan to divide course credits.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Transcript section in the Learning Plan.
- Click the Edit icon beside the desired course.
- In the popup window, click Add to include multiple child subjects.
- Assign the desired credit values to each child subject (the total credits will match the parent course).
- Click Submit to save.
Example:
If a Biology course has 10 credits, teachers can create two child subjects with 5 credits each, maintaining the original total credit value.
