How to turn off email & SMS communication for a particular student

Teachers can disable Email and SMS communication for a specific student using a toggle button in the student’s profile.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the student’s profile.
2. Find the “Exclude Student From Email/Text” toggle button.
3. Turn the toggle on to disable Email and SMS communication for that student.
