How to upload a credit packet PDF through the Upload Credit module

Teachers can upload credit packet PDFs to a student’s Learning Plan using the Upload Credit Module

Steps:

  1. In the Student Tracker, open the Admin Menu.
  2. Click the Upload Credit button to access the Upload Credit Module.
  3. Select the SRT for the student.
  4. Upload the credit packet file, ensuring the filename follows this format:
    Student Lastname, Student Firstname, Course Name, Credit Number, Grade
  5. Note: If courses are not selected in the student’s Order of Course Completion, credit packets will not be uploaded.
  6. After uploading the PDF, teachers can modify LP weeks and grade data if needed.
  7. Once all details are verified, credits will be uploaded to the student’s Learning Plan.
