How to upload a credit packet PDF through the Upload Credit module
Teachers can upload credit packet PDFs to a student’s Learning Plan using the Upload Credit Module
Steps:
- In the Student Tracker, open the Admin Menu.
- Click the Upload Credit button to access the Upload Credit Module.
- Select the SRT for the student.
- Upload the credit packet file, ensuring the filename follows this format:
Student Lastname, Student Firstname, Course Name, Credit Number, Grade
- Note: If courses are not selected in the student’s Order of Course Completion, credit packets will not be uploaded.
- After uploading the PDF, teachers can modify LP weeks and grade data if needed.
- Once all details are verified, credits will be uploaded to the student’s Learning Plan.
