How to use the DD chatbot

Open the Chatbot
- Click on the “Ask DD - AI” icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- A chat window will appear.
Enter Your Query
- Type your question in the chat box. Examples of questions you can ask include:
  - How to add and edit a dashboard
  - How to add or delete students
  - How to create a cohort
  - How to send SMS
Receive a Response
- The chatbot will process your request and provide a helpful answer.
